Hi, Iām Genevieve.
My passion is spreading love and joy with delicious and nourishing meals. From a very young age you could always find me in the kitchen, first with an obsession for baking then moving onto everything from vegan meat to kimchi. My journey has earned me the experience and knowledge for curating the perfect food for wellness, pleasure and living life abundantly.
After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America I gained experience in large production conference centers, small neighborhood bakeries and fine dining restaurants. With hopes of spreading my knowledge I accepted a position at the Culinary Institute of Michigan. While teaching I became curious about our relationship with food and found myself gravitating towards more nutritional cooking. After becoming a certified dietary manager, I co-founded a meal prep company and helped to expand a whole foods based vegan meat alternative. Now I bring my unending enthusiasm and unique expertise to your table.
